I’ve visited Italy nine times, but my first trip to Sicily completely surpassed my expectations. I spent a week there on a FAM (familiarization trip), exploring as much of the region as one itinerary could possibly hold. Even with a packed schedule, I truly got to immerse myself in the island’s landscapes, people, culture, and […]

For our anniversary this September we packed up the car, turned up the playlists, and drove from Dallas to Santa Fe for a weekend we’ll never forget, one full of red rock views, crisp mountain air, great food, and dog-friendly fun. It was our first time in Santa Fe and we absolutely loved it- from […]

I just spent two incredible weeks exploring Northern Italy, and I can honestly say it was the perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, and breathtaking scenery. My journey began with a week on the sparkling shores of Lake Garda, where I wandered through charming lakeside towns, indulged in gourmet meals, and enjoyed boat rides on the […]

My husband and I took a trip out to Jackson Hole, Wyoming this December and it was the perfect couple’s weekend getaway! Jackson Hole is a popular destination year round- with hiking, biking, horseback riding, and more in the warm months and of course the world-class skiing and snow activities in the winter. There’s direct […]

About a week before this trip, two friends and I were joking about seeing Taylor Swift in Europe. A few hours later flights and concert tickets were booked to see her the following week in Lisbon! We were able to find great flight deals with a connection in Paris for only 65k points roundtrip. Many […]

My husband and I got married in Tuscany this September, so Puglia was the perfect honeymoon destination for us. It’s been on my bucket list for a while now as I’ve visited most of the popular destinations in Italy, but had never ventured down to Puglia. You really need at least a full week to […]

I’m finally getting around to sharing the details of my bach weekend in SLO (San Luis Obispo)! When my maid of honor, Erin, and I were looking for a bachelorette destination, I told her I wanted somewhere with cooler weather (in late July), where we could all stay in one house, do wine tastings, have […]

I had the pleasure of photographing and filming Alexis and Evan’s luxurious elopement in Positano on the coast of Italy! I did their engagement photos in Dallas at a beautiful vineyard about a year ago, and that’s when I found out they were planning to get married in Positano! I was planning a Europe trip […]

Our last leg of our Europe trip was in Switzerland to visit my family. My dad is Italian but was born and raised in Switzerland, so we have relatives in both Italy and Switzerland. My aunts and cousin live in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, a beautiful town about 2 hours from Zurich. I only get to see […]

I’ve visited Italy nine times, but my first trip to Sicily completely surpassed my expectations. I spent a week there on a FAM (familiarization trip), exploring as much of the region as one itinerary could possibly hold. Even with a packed schedule, I truly got to immerse myself in the island’s landscapes, people, culture, and food. Sicily felt like all the best parts of Italy wrapped into one destination. Think Puglia’s turquoise waters and charming coastal towns, Tuscany’s rolling hills, vineyards, and world-class wine, Amalfi’s dramatic cliffside view, Rome’s rich history and ancient sites, and even mountain scenery reminiscent of the Dolomites. And the best part? You can drive from sunny beaches to stunning mountain ranges in under an hour.
